Subject: Invitation for Bids for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Floating Aerators.

1. Introduction

ISAP India Foundation invites Expressions of Interest from reputed manufacturers and authorized dealers for the supply and installation of high-efficiency floating aeration systems. The project aims to improve dissolved oxygen levels, eliminate thermal stratification, and prevent stagnation in pond water bodies to ensure a healthy aquatic environment.

2. Scope of Work

The vendor shall be responsible for:

• Supply of floating aerators/fountains ranging from 1 HP Solar and 15 HP configurations.
• Installation and Commissioning of the systems at the designated site.
• Provision of necessary accessories, including control panels, submersible cables, and mooring/anchoring systems.
• Maintenance and after-sales support to ensure long-term operational reliability.

3. Key Technical Features

The required systems should incorporate the following features:

• Corrosion-Resistant Material (MOC): Components must be constructed from durable materials such as SS 304 or FRP to ensure longevity in submerged conditions and compliance with environmental standards.
• High Oxygen Transfer Rate: Systems should provide an efficient oxygen transfer rate (e.g., approximately 1.2 to 1.5 kg/hp-hr) to effectively treat organic matter.
• Thermal Stratification Prevention: The design must ensure proper mixing of epilimnion and hypolimnion layers to prevent algae growth and odor.
• Robust Floating System: Must include stable floats (e.g., uPVC or Puff-filled FRP) with secure anchoring belts to withstand variable water levels.
• Integrated Control Systems: Weatherproof control panels equipped with single-phase preventers, overload relays, and necessary indicators.
• Aesthetic Enhancements (Optional): For specific locations, aerators may include vertical jet fountain features and submersible LED lighting.

4. Submission Requirements

Interested parties should submit their technical proposals, including:

• Detailed technical specifications and product brochures.
• Company registration and GST details.
• Company MSME details.
• Evidence of past experience in similar installations (e.g., site photos/videos).

5. Last Date of Submission
